Q. I don’t know how to take a temperature. Do tell what is a ‘normal’ temperature and how to take it?

A. The ‘normal’ temperature is 98.4?F or 37?C, although it may fluctuate during the day. Before using a thermometer, shake it well downwards until it reads below normal. Then put it under your tongue and leave for a minute.
