Q. I just had an abnormal smear test. My doctor says that is not cancer but he wants to do certain follow-up tests? Should I get them done?
A. Yes, you should. You can’t ignore it even if you don’t have cancer at this stage. It may develop into cancer after some years and hence, it is better to get the treatment and hence, it is better to get the treatment and follow up tests done. It is for your own good.
