A. Yes, as it contains antibodies which protect your baby from germs . If the child cannot handle the germs it can lead to gastroenteritis. It causes the gut to push the food before its nutritious contents are digested and before the water is absorbed. This lead to dehydration. It is always better to breast feed the baby.
